What’s important during an Interior Inspection?
When we inspect a home, we take a thorough look at all systems. Many of these systems are interrelated and dependent on each other. It is tough to think of an inspection as a room by room process. All rooms in a modern home are made of many systems. For example, a bedroom has electrical, HVAC, windows, finishing and cosmetics.
By the time we are finished inspecting a houses interior, all components of the major systems have been accounted for. Identifying major defects and safety concerns is the primary goal. Secondary to that, we like to educate the client about simple steps that can be taken to avoid a major repair in the future
