-Our non invasive moisture meter is used in areas that a common to find moisture problems like behind toilets, under sinks, old windows, etc.
-We remove the electrical panel cover and check for double tapped circuits, aluminium wiring, signs of water or moisture.
-A circuit tester is used to ensure proper polarity of receptacles and GFCI protection is functioning in the the required places. We also test the function of AFCI circuit breakers In newer homes that have with AFCI protection.
